1. INTRODUCTION
This document (together with the documents mentioned in it) sets out the conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of products on it (hereinafter, the “Conditions”).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The conditions in force at the time of use of the website or conclusion of the Contract (as defined below) will be those applicable to you.

The sale is considered to have taken place at our address and by purchasing through this portal you agree to the general terms and conditions.

3. YOUR DATA AND YOUR VISITS TO THIS WEBSITE
The personal information or data you provide about yourself will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the processing of this information and data and declare that it is truthful and accurate.
4. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The items offered through this website are only available for delivery to Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of these territories, please contact us by phone or email at hola@graciadorada.com so we can process your request.
6. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices on this website are shown in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
Once you have made your purchases, all the items you wish to buy will have been added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment.
You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro cards.
By clicking on “Authorize Payment” you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate owner.
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and we will not be able to formalize any Contract with you.
Shipping costs to the province of Barcelona are €3.50 and to the rest of the peninsula €5.
The shipment will be made within 48-72 hours.
Shipping costs to the province of Barcelona are €5 and to the rest of the peninsula €6.50
This shipment will be made within the next 24 hours.
Purchases made from Saturday 13:00 onwards or on the eve of a public holiday will be processed on Monday or the day after the holiday.
Free shipping to mainland Spain for purchases over €90.
Free shipping to Germany, Italy and France for purchases over €120.
7. VALUE ADDED TAX
In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made from our website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
8. EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
We offer you the option to exchange and/or return items purchased online. Once you receive your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exchange and/or return any products you wish.
Items must be returned properly protected during transit.
To process a return or size exchange, please send an email to hola@graciadorada.com with your order reference and contact information. We will then contact you to arrange for the collection of the items via shipping, in-store pickup, or you can return them to us in any way you prefer.
If you need a size exchange, the first exchange is free. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but to make the return easier, we can arrange for collection for a fee of €5. In-store returns are free.
We will proceed to refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, within a maximum of 14 days; once we have verified that the order is in the same condition as when it was delivered and with the original packaging.
8.1. Returns of defective products
If you believe that the product has any defect or flaw at the time of delivery, you should contact us as soon as possible by email at hola@graciadorada.com, indicating the product details and the damage it has suffered, or by calling 646 077 956 where we will tell you how to proceed.
You can return the product by handing it over to a courier we will send to your home.
We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether a refund or replacement is applicable. The refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is approved.
The full amount paid for any products returned due to a defect or fault, where such a defect or fault actually exists, will be refunded, including the shipping costs incurred to deliver the item to you. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
9. GUARANTEES
As a consumer and user, when you purchase any of the products sold on graciadorada.com, we offer you the corresponding guarantees, in the terms legally established for each type of product and recognized by current legislation that refers to guarantees for consumer goods (Articles 97.1.n/ 116/120 and 123 of Law 3/2014 which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), therefore, we are responsible for the lack of conformity of the same that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the product.
That is why, as a consumer, you have up to 2 months to notify us of any fault or defect you may detect in our products, from the moment you become aware of them, and we will proceed to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract as appropriate, completely free of charge.
